Second Peter 3:3–8 tells us that people who scoff at the Bible are "willingly ignorant" of the Creation and the Flood.
Before the world wide flood, the world was mostly land. The water from the flood is now in the world's oceans.
Noah did not have to get the animals. God brought them to him (Genesis 6:20, "shall come to thee").

I'm glad to hear that the continents didn't start moving until 100-300 years after the flood, apparently the flood wasn't strong enough to move anything, oh, except the mountains that raised with the flood. And happy to hear that petrified closed clams are evidence of a flood. Not that they ended up in layers of deposited silt while they were closed. hmmm. By the way, how come the dinosaurs didn't survive the flood? Didn't they make it to the ark? Oh, and what happened to the early hominids? Was Lucy in the ark? Were Neanderthals in the ark? Oh, of course, Peter said that people who scoff at the Bible are ignorant. I forgot that. scoff.. scoff... scoff...
